Zachary J. Reiner focuses on the investment process and is responsible for underwriting, capitalizing and managing Wildflower's acquisitions as well as structuring its partnerships. Reiner brings a unique and disciplined perspective to his role and to the company through his diverse real estate background in investments, development and credit.
Reiner has served as a developer, operator, and investor on behalf of high net worth and institutional partners and has a national track record of acquiring and managing over $4 billion of commercial assets throughout his career. Prior to joining Wildflower in 2023, Reiner was a Development Director for Oxford Properties Group where he led the day-to-day financial and project management of St. John's Terminal, a 1.3 million square foot office development in Hudson Square, which was subsequently sold to Google. The project obtained one of the largest construction loans in 2020 and registered the City's largest commercial sale price in 2022.
Reiner grew up in New York City and Milford, Connecticut, and holds a Bachelor's degree with honors from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University. He currently lives in Manhattan and enjoys sports, live music and spending time with his family.
